AI that actually ships.Without breakingwhat you have.
Strategy, build, and security review of AI systems, for teams of 50 to 2000. Hands-on. No offshoring. Senior consultant on every engagement.
Most AI projects fail before they ship.
The data is bad and nobody says so until week eight. The use case is real but the security and privacy questions were never answered, so legal kills it. A prototype runs locally and nobody can explain what production looks like. The vendor sold a platform; the team needed a solution.
We have seen all four of those. The fix is not a better AI model. It is someone who will say the hard thing in week one instead of week eight.
What we actually do
Find where AI helps. Skip the rest.
A focused workshop with whoever makes the decisions. We map your operations against AI capabilities, call out the three things most likely to work, and write down the two that will not. You leave with a decision, not a 40-page transformation roadmap.
Most companies need a half-day session and honest constraints. We do not sell multi-phase strategy programs.
We ship it. You own it.
RAG pipelines, internal agents, document processing, whatever the use case turns out to be. Code is yours at handoff. We write a runbook so your team can operate and extend it without calling us. Typical engagement is 4 to 12 weeks depending on data complexity.
We do not do 200-person delivery. One to two senior engineers, hands on keyboard.
Pen-test for AI systems.
Prompt injection, jailbreaks, data leakage via context windows, model misbehavior under adversarial input, unauthorized capability disclosure. We test the same way we test traditional systems: structured, documented, reproducible findings with severity ratings and remediation paths.
We run this before you deploy, not after a customer finds something.
How an engagement runs
Half-day call. We agree on the use case, the data available, the constraints, and what a successful outcome looks like. If we think it will not work, we say so here.
A fast technical proof that the approach is viable with your actual data. Not a demo with clean data. Your data, your environment, honest result.
Build to production-ready. Tests, documentation, deployment runbook. We do not hand off a Jupyter notebook.
You operate it. We write the runbook, run a handoff session with your team, and stay available for 30 days post-launch. After that, you own it completely.
When to find a different firm.
Most consultancies do not write this section. We do, because wasted time costs both sides.
- You need 200-person delivery. We run one to two senior engineers per engagement. If you need a large delivery team managing multiple parallel workstreams, we are not the right size.
- You are in a regulated sector that requires onshore-US-only contractors. We operate from Canada, on Canadian infrastructure. For US companies with strict onshore-US data handling requirements, that is a compliance constraint we cannot satisfy.
- You are comparing hourly rates and picking the lowest. We charge for outcomes and senior time. If the evaluation is purely on rate, we will not win and should not try.
- You need a twelve-month preliminary phase before any code ships. We scope fast and build fast. If your procurement or governance process requires a long pre-build assessment phase with no deliverables, we are probably mis-sized for your organization.
We work from Thunder Bay.
Central to Canadian time zones, on Canadian soil, under Canadian privacy law. AI systems we build process your data in Canada by default. If PIPEDA compliance or Canadian data residency matters to your procurement team, we satisfy both without a conversation.
Being a small team in a mid-size city means we do not operate a sales machine. When you talk to RemoteBlue, you are talking to the people who will do the work.
Start an AI conversation.
Half-hour call. We tell you honestly whether what you are trying to do is worth building. No pitch deck.
